The 12-story Class-A office building is integrated into a rapidly developing district in Raleigh in close proximity to retail, corporate, and residential development. The steel-frame tower, clad in precast and curtainwall with high-efficiency glass for energy conservation, features two standalone parking structures totaling 1,040 spaces. Midtown Plaza is LEED Silver Certified.

LS3P also designed the nine-story interior upfit for Allscripts, a technology company supporting the healthcare industry.
