Megan Paris Colfer, AIA, GGP, is a Specifications Writer in LS3P’s Raleigh office. Megan has a passion for working with project teams to align the specifications with the design intent for each project and educating folks of all levels about specifications. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Megan brings more than a decade of experience working as an architectural designer and project manager for various regional architecture firms on commercial, multifamily, civic spaces, elementary and higher education, hospitality, historic preservation, and manufacturing project types. 

A licensed architect in North Carolina, Megan is an active member of AIA Triangle, AIA North Carolina, and the Green Building Initiative (GBI). She serves on the AIA NC Task Force for Circular Economy and is a troop leader for the Girl Scouts, where she is looking forward to helping her troop learn how they can make a difference in their communities.
