Margaret ChandlerAIA, LEED AP
Senior Sustainability Specialist
With over 13 years of architectural experience, Margaret Chandler, AIA, LEED AP, joins LS3P as Senior Architect and Senior Sustainability Specialist. She is recognized for her passion and expertise in creating functional, environmentally responsible structures, with a particular focus on sustainable design and adaptive reuse projects. Margaret has led sustainability initiatives, managed LEED and Net-Zero Energy certifications, and developed firm-wide best practices for sustainable operations and design excellence.
Margaret holds both a Master of Architecture (with a minor in Historic Preservation) and a Bachelor of Architecture (with a minor in Spanish) from Clemson University. She is an active contributor to the architectural community, serving in leadership roles for professional organizations and sharing her knowledge through writing and public presentations.
