LS3P’s new Charlotte office was conceived with a clear mission: to foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within a flexible, transparent, and authentic environment that celebrates the people and their community. Purposeful design choices bring this vision to life, beginning with a welcoming and dynamic lobby that serves as the heart of activity. Wood floors and accents of red from Corten steel create a sense of warmth and authenticity, while expansive glazing floods the space with daylight and frames sweeping views, reinforcing transparency and connection.

The breakroom, at the core of the lobby, offers abundant natural light and panoramic views, creating an inviting space for employees and visitors alike. This central hub promotes well-being and sparks spontaneous creativity through shared moments of camaraderie and coworking. Beyond, workspaces are organized to support the ‘fifty-foot office’ concept, ensuring enclosed and open meeting areas, focus rooms, and individual workstations are always within reach—fostering seamless collaboration and flexibility.
