Coinciding with Lincoln Property Group’s strategic rebrand, the renovation of its Charlotte headquarters reimagines the workplace as a more open, collaborative environment. Designed by LS3P, the space emphasizes transparency, abundant natural light, and flexible planning strategies that encourage communication across teams while supporting a variety of work styles. Areas for focused work are thoughtfully balanced with spaces for informal interaction and collaboration, creating an environment that reflects Lincoln’s forward-looking culture and evolving workplace needs.
Designed for Wellness and Long-Term Performance
To support its commitment to employee wellbeing and environmental responsibility, Lincoln is pursuing both LEED and WELL certifications for the renovated headquarters.
