Leigh Pfeiffer is the firmwide Sustainability Leader at LS3P, serving as a strategic resource for high-performance regenerative design, resilience, and integrated sustainability across all market sectors. With nearly three decades of experience in architecture and design, she leads the development and implementation of firmwide sustainability initiatives, including AIA 2030, carbon tracking, the AIA Framework for Design, holistic project integration, and materials transparency programs. Leigh collaborates with the full-time sustainability team, project teams, and leadership to embed design excellence principles that optimize energy and water performance, reduce embodied and operational carbon, and advance human health, equity, and community impact. In addition to her professional practice, she brings extensive academic experience teaching sustainable design through ongoing university-level thesis advising, student mentorship, and mentoring emerging professionals, reinforcing her commitment to advancing regenerative design and ecological stewardship through industry leadership.
