An Iconic Vertical Expression
Drawing inspiration from the classic American skyscraper, the tower reinterprets a familiar silhouette through contemporary materials and detailing. Rising from a three-story stone and glass podium, the building transitions to a refined palette of precast concrete and expansive glazing as it ascends. The composition culminates in a translucent glass pyramid illuminated by color-changing LED lighting, creating a distinctive presence on the skyline while reinforcing the building’s civic identity both day and night.
