This 1,000,000 GSF office tower re-interprets the classic skyscraper archetype, capturing the iconic imagery of its historical precedents while creating a modern office environment. Rising from a three-story stone and glass podium, the building transitions to a palette of precast and glass. Crowning the 100’ tall building, a translucent glass pyramid is internally illuminated with color-changing LED lighting. Inside, the building’s floor plates range from 65,000 GSF at the podium floors to 29,000 GSF at lower tower levels to 23,500 GSF at the penthouse.

The typical floor-to-floor height is 14’-6” within the tower and 16’-6” where the building steps back as it rises, providing 10’-0” clear floor-to-ceiling height on all floors. The penthouse floor-to-floor is height is 20’-0”, providing 16’-0” clear in most areas.

Within the podium are four levels of parking providing 240 executive parking spaces. The remainder of parking for the tower is across Church Street in a twelve-story parking structure providing 2,600 spaces. A pedestrian bridge will cross Church Street at the fifth level tying into the second floor lobby of the tower, providing tenants direct access to parking in inclement weather.
