Kyle Novak, AIA, is a Senior Associate and Project Manager with a strong focus on K-12 educational design. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has become a key leader in delivering inclusive, high-performing learning environments across North Carolina. With a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Clemson University, Kyle brings analytical rigor and educational insight to her work.

In addition to her extensive K-12 portfolio, Kyle’s experience includes aviation logistics, concourse expansions, and industrial and commercial projects. She is also known for her advocacy in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and was a member of LS3P’s inaugural Diversity + Inclusion Advisory Group. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and a commitment to creating spaces that serve communities with lasting impact.
