Director of Talent, Kristie Holden is part of LS3P’s HR/People and Recruiting/Talent team, based out of the Greenville, SC office. Bringing more than 30 years of experience across the architecture industry and private sector, Kristie is responsible for high-level recruitment efforts and professional development of LS3P’s team members across the firm.

In addition to her architectural background, Kristie previously served in Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Planning roles for numerous regional and national clients, assessing firm values and brand strength in order to increase revenue and promote cross-functional operations.
