Senior Associate Kellyn Brewer Messel is a graduate of Anderson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and joined LS3P’s Greenville office in 2018. Kellyn has a passion and valuable skill-set in multi-family housing design through her work with development clients located throughout the Southeast. She is well-versed in all project phases from schematic design through construction administration including FF&E and procurement. Some of her most notable work with multi-family housing includes Broadstone Queen City and Broadstone Summer Hill.
