Brand Expression Through Architecture
Designed to establish a strong brand presence in the United States, the 16,500 SF addition serves as a physical expression of the company’s sleek, modern identity. Expansive glass curtainwalls, crisp white metal panels, and strategic accents of color create a bold architectural statement that mirrors the clean aesthetics of the manufacturer’s European product line. The design maximizes a constrained site while maintaining a refined and contemporary character, seamlessly integrating with the existing facility and elevating the campus’s overall presence.

At the heart of the addition, a double-height lobby creates a welcoming arrival experience and establishes a visual connection to the adjacent product showroom, showcasing innovation and craftsmanship from the moment visitors enter. Flexible office environments, conference rooms, individual workspaces, and a centralized employee break area support collaboration and employee wellbeing within a comfortable, light-filled setting. Complementing the workplace expansion, a new pilot plant enhances manufacturing capabilities, reinforcing the connection between product development, production, and the brand-driven workplace experience.
