Optimizing Production
The 47,000 SF addition expands the existing manufacturing facility with a 28,000 SF conditioned production area housing a new packing conveying line and a 19,000 SF secure storage zone for staging completed vehicles prior to shipment. A covered and enclosed secure walkway strengthens connectivity between facilities, creating a seamless operational environment. The layout was carefully planned to support the efficient movement of vehicles and materials while maintaining security and reliability throughout the production process.
Built for Speed & Adaptation
Delivered through a collaborative design-build partnership with Thompson-Turner Construction, the project utilizes a Nucor metal building system to provide a cost-effective and highly adaptable framework. Designed with future expansion in mind, the facility balances immediate operational needs with long-term flexibility. Awarded in August 2017 and completed in advance of critical production equipment installation, the fast-track project demonstrates how thoughtful planning and integrated project delivery can accelerate schedules without compromising performance.
