Associate Principal Gus Aretakis brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, 11 of which are focused in healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities. Gus’s knowledge in healthcare construction assists design teams in multidisciplinary coordination, quality control of documents, and infection control. He is also experienced in commercial and public construction and is a Wilmington native. He is a Licensed North Carolina General Contractor and holds a Certified Construction Healthcare Manager registration. Within LS3P, Gus is the firmwide quality leader. He focuses on improving firmwide tools and quality assurance processes, while also leading quality control review teams to check construction documents prior to issuance. Gus serves as the firmwide lead for construction administration.
