This project is a 3-story Medical Office Building and Wellness Center complex for FirstHealth of the Carolinas. The 43,000 sf Medical Office Building is a multi-tenant facility including Urgent Care, Primary Care, Imaging, Pharmacy, and Specialty Clinics. The 25,000 SF Wellness center is operated by FirstHealth and includes fitness center, swimming pool, running track, and PT/OT/Cardio Rehab space.
