Modernizing a Legacy Campus
This transformative project revitalizes an existing campus through a 200,000 SF renovation and a 168,000 SF addition, creating a dynamic learning environment for 2,100 students. Situated on a 45.33-acre site, the expanded one-and-a-half-story facility—including a two-story gymnasium—enhances accessibility, modernizes key campus spaces, and introduces contemporary technologies that support evolving educational needs. The design creates welcoming, student-centered environments that strengthen campus identity while improving connectivity, functionality, and the overall student experience.
Design Details
The project reimagines classrooms, laboratories, and shared spaces to support collaborative, hands-on, and technology-enabled learning. New flexible learning environments and advanced instructional tools accommodate a variety of teaching styles and student needs, fostering engagement, creativity, and academic success. Careful phasing and construction sequencing allow the campus to remain fully operational throughout the project, with an emphasis on safety, clear communication, and minimal disruption to daily school activities.
