Ethan Fichter is a BIM professional with extensive experience supporting architects and engineers through the development of coordinated, high quality construction models and documentation. His background includes leading BIM workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant models, and implementing digital delivery standards across complex project types including government, healthcare, aviation, and mission critical facilities. Ethan brings a strong technical foundation in Revit based production, automation, clash detection, quality assurance, and asset data management, along with experience introducing emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.

He holds associate degrees in Engineering and Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design, as well as a bachelor’s degree in History and Anthropology. Known for his collaborative approach and technical leadership, Ethan supports project teams by improving processes, developing standards, and mentoring others in best practices for BIM execution. He recently joined the Asheville office and is enthusiastic about contributing to project delivery, innovation, and team growth.
