Eileen Powell is an Architect and Senior Associate in LS3P’s Raleigh office. With more than a decade of experience, she has contributed to a wide range of project types, including healthcare, higher education, K–12, and multifamily environments. Drawing on her diverse background and natural curiosity, she brings a thoughtful, multidisciplinary perspective to every project.
Outside the office, Eileen is deeply engaged in her community. She served for five years as Chair of the Leadership Forum for AIA Triangle, supporting professional growth and cultivating emerging leaders in the AEC industry. A proud graduate of North Carolina State University, she earned her Bachelor of Architecture before beginning her architectural career. Prior to entering practice, she taught high school courses in digital drafting and 2D/3D computer programming—an experience that continues to shape her collaborative, mentorship‑driven approach to practice.
