Elevating Manufacturing Excellence
The master plan creates a highly coordinated manufacturing ecosystem that integrates production, logistics, utilities, and support functions into a unified industrial campus. Manufacturing areas, bulk storage silos, materials preparation zones, finishing operations, warehouses, and workshop facilities are strategically organized to support efficient workflows while accommodating future growth. The design balances the technical demands of large-scale manufacturing with a clear campus identity, reinforcing the company’s values through a thoughtful and enduring architectural framework.
Design Details
As part of a phased design-build collaboration with Evans General Contractors, LS3P is designing 11 of the campus’s 46 buildings, including two two-story office buildings and a storage facility in the initial phase. These workplace environments support engineering, training, maintenance, and operations functions while creating an engaging experience for employees and visitors. Showrooms, training centers, locker rooms, and collaborative office spaces are integrated within a contemporary architectural expression that reflects the innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability at the heart of the company’s manufacturing culture.
