With more than 24 years of experience, Deborah brings deep expertise in leading complex mixed-use and urban projects, including global campuses, corporate headquarters, high-end developments, and repositioning efforts. Her work has earned 27 industry awards and has transformed cities and skylines across the United States.

A committed advocate for sustainable design, Deborah has led projects totaling more than 12 million square feet of LEED Gold- and Platinum-certified space, reinforcing her dedication to serving clients and positively impacting the built environment.
