Dean is a technical resource for visualization tools and Building Information Modeling (BIM), and is an integral part of the conceptual and schematic design process. He brings strong skills in 3D imagery, animation, and renderings to inform clients’ decision making. Additionally, he has a strong understanding of student housing, experiential design, and placemaking that influences the user’s experience.
