As the sixth and final building in Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research’s Technology Neighborhood I, One Research Drive advances a vision where academia and industry converge to accelerate innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth. The four-story facility provides flexible research, development, and office environments tailored to the evolving needs of automotive technology leaders, while strengthening the region’s position as a premier hub for advanced mobility.
