Designed for a confidential corporate client, this 53,471 SF facility provides a modern aviation environment tailored to the needs of corporate travel. The hangar accommodates up to four Citation Latitude aircraft within 37,200 SF of hangar space, supported by 7,326 SF of storage and operational support areas and 8,945 SF of office space.
The facility was planned to balance efficient aircraft operations with a seamless user experience, creating an environment that supports both day-to-day functionality and executive travel needs. Surface parking for 51 vehicles is complemented by additional covered parking, providing convenient access for passengers, visitors, and staff.
Design Details
While operational performance was a primary consideration, the design also emphasizes the passenger experience through carefully considered public spaces and a higher level of interior finishes. Public-facing areas were designed to create a welcoming and memorable arrival experience that reflects the expectations of corporate aviation travelers.
