A first-generation interior space within a newly constructed seven-story workplace activates a dynamic, high-performance environment for approximately 900 employees. The design intentionally prioritizes collaboration, flexibility, and integrated technology—creating a workplace that supports evolving team structures and a wide range of workstyles.

Flexible Planning Rooted in Place
The planning strategy clusters and densifies private offices to unlock expansive, amenity-rich collaboration zones. A diverse mix of spaces—including open team areas, informal lounges, client-facing environments, focus rooms, phone rooms, and wellness spaces—empowers employees to choose how and where they work. Activated social hubs, dining areas, and recreation spaces foster connection, creativity, and culture throughout the workplace.
Each floor introduces a distinct identity inspired by abstract North Carolina themes—lake, porch, forest, mountain, and sky—expressed through materials, graphics, and curated design elements. These immersive environments enhance the user experience while reinforcing a strong sense of place.
Extending the Workplace into the Landscape
Expansive views of the adjacent lake and greenway, combined with seamless access to outdoor amenities such as green space, dining, and an amphitheater, extend the workplace beyond the building—creating a vibrant, connected environment that supports both productivity and wellbeing.
