Chris Owings is the Firmwide Urban Environments Leader at LS3P and a senior development project manager and landscape architect with more than 16 years of experience. He brings extensive expertise across all phases of the development process, from initial planning through project completion. Chris has led a wide range of projects, including senior living facilities, multifamily and mixed‑use developments, urban infill and historic revitalization, parks, single‑family neighborhood planning, and educational facilities. He is known for strong communication, organization, and project management skills, as well as his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex regulatory environments.
