Engineered to withstand extreme wind and seismic conditions, the building features redundant HVAC, electrical, and IT systems backed by emergency power generation and impact-resistant glazing that maximizes both durability and daylight. At its core, a Strategic Command Center serves as the hub for repair, dispatch, and customer service functions, integrating advanced audiovisual technology, real-time monitoring capabilities, and flexible support spaces that accommodate both everyday operations and emergency response. Co-located within the facility, the N+1-redundant Data Center provides a secure, high-performance foundation for critical communications and technology systems, reinforcing the organization’s long-term resilience and operational continuity.
