Since joining the firm in 2014, Catherine Grainger has developed enduring relationships with clients and contractors, along with ample contract administration expertise. She begins designing with user experience in mind and believes that design is more than creating beautiful spaces. She has worked in various market areas, including multi-family, mixed use, K-12, healthcare, corporate commercial, and civic work. Catherine’s most unique projects with LS3P have been a state-of-the-art dog park proposal for Live Oak Bank and an aquarium exhibit at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.
