Carolina Bosquez is a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading multifamily, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use interior design projects. Her expertise spans all phases of project delivery, from concept development and space planning through construction administration and installation. Throughout her career, Carolina has helped deliver projects across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe, including hotels, distinctive multifamily communities, residential developments, clubhouses, amenity spaces, and custom interiors.

Prior to joining LS3P, Carolina founded and led a boutique interior design and custom furniture firm in Panama. She has also contributed to award-winning hospitality projects for renowned brands including Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, Atlantis, and JW Marriott. Fluent in English and Spanish, Carolina is passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality environments that support client goals and foster collaboration among project teams.
