Residential Living Options
The community offers a phased development of 124 independent living apartments ranging from 700 to 1,400 SF. Residences feature 9-foot ceilings, well-appointed kitchens, senior-friendly bathrooms with accessible showers, and either private porches or large bay windows.
For residents seeking additional space and upgraded finishes, the Garden Flat option provides a 1,500 SF residence with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upscale appliances and finishes.
Carolina Bay also includes 100 assisted living units and a dedicated Memory Support neighborhood within the assisted living area. Designed as a residential “household” for 24 residents, the Memory Support program includes eighteen 350 SF studio apartments and six 500 SF apartments. Residents benefit from shared dining, family, and kitchen spaces, as well as access to a secure private garden and dedicated support staff facilities.
