Located in Atlanta’s Summerhill neighborhood, The Victory at Summerhill draws inspiration from the area’s rich history while creating a vibrant residential community rooted in local culture and connection. LS3P provided interior design services for the project, shaping spaces that celebrate the neighborhood’s character through thoughtful material selections, colors, and curated artifacts.

Inspired by Summerhill’s Legacy
The Victory at Summerhill brings new energy to a historic neighborhood through interiors that reflect the character and spirit of the surrounding community. A modern, playful color palette takes cues from the historic architecture of downtown Summerhill, with wallcoverings, tile, and flooring working together to create a cohesive transition of color throughout the building.
The design was informed by several local landmarks and cultural touchstones, including Turner Field (now Center Parc Credit Union Stadium), the facilities associated with the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, and the legacies of Delta Air Lines and The Coca-Cola Company. Former Turner Field seats welcome residents and visitors in the lobby, while Olympic memorabilia and Andy Warhol’s Coca-Cola artwork are incorporated into the clubroom. Vintage Delta Air Lines posters add another layer of local history within the leasing offices.
Community-Focused Amenities
The Victory at Summerhill offers 276 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. A detached clubhouse serves as a hub for work, recreation, and social interaction, featuring co-working pods, library-style collaboration tables, and vintage arcade games that encourage residents to connect, create, and unwind.
