Broadstone Craft encapsulates the convergence of Charlotte’s craft beer scene and arts district, infusing it with a dose of 70s and 80s nostalgia. With the motto “Life Well Crafted” at its core, the design encourages residents to embrace an unapologetic lifestyle.
Drawing inspiration from fashion trends and television of the era, the 254-bedroom apartment complex boasts an array of unique spaces. The leasing center and clubroom feature barrel-inspired seating, a tube TV wall, and a 70s-inspired conversation pit. The co-working mezzanine inspires creativity with custom-designed monster co-work rooms adorned with a comic book wall, emphasizing the power of imagination. The jazzercize and vibrant fitness center invigorates workouts with a mural in shades of blue and pink reminiscent of 1980s workout attire. The sky lounge transports residents to an 80s-style arcade, complete with galaxy wallcovering and a mirrored ceiling, evoking nostalgia and camaraderie.
