Connecting People & Performance
The two-story, 14,500 SF office building serves as the collaborative hub for engineering, operations, customer service, marketing, and sales teams. High-end workplace environments, conference rooms, training spaces, and a customer experience center support both daily operations and client engagement, while a state-of-the-art testing laboratory showcases the company’s commitment to product innovation and technical excellence. LS3P’s involvement extended beyond the architecture to include furniture selection and procurement, creating a cohesive and branded workplace experience throughout.
Design Details
Adjacent to the office, the 50,000 SF distribution warehouse balances operational efficiency with occupant comfort through thoughtful use of natural light. Skylights and expansive curtainwall glazing introduce daylight deep into the facility, enhancing the work environment while reducing reliance on artificial lighting. Durable precast concrete wall panels, a steel structural frame, and a jointless floor system create a high-performance industrial setting optimized for distribution and logistics, while the office’s glass-rich façade, metal panel exterior, and contemporary material palette establish a modern architectural identity that unifies the campus.
