Becky Smith brings more than 40 years of diverse architectural experience to LS3P. Primarily focused on medical design, she is highly skilled in project planning, programming, and all other facets of healthcare design. She has been involved in the design of facilities for hospitals, research laboratories, medical office buildings, and ambulatory care facilities. Additionally, she has assisted several healthcare institutions with Certificate of Need planning. In the higher education field, Becky has worked with more than 20 colleges and universities, designing simulation labs for nursing and health sciences programs. She has been with LS3P for more than 30 years and has served in various project roles, including project manager, healthcare planner, construction administrator, and team member.

Becky serves as a Healthcare Market Leader and Principal, specializing in the programming and planning phases of healthcare projects and continuing her involvement through project completion. Becky and her team continually research emerging trends in ambulatory care and healthcare delivery, exploring concepts that promote efficient operations and help clients address the challenges of balancing the ever-changing economics of healthcare with the desire to provide the best possible care for patients and their families.
