Community Connections

Designed as a walkable, bike-friendly environment, the development extends the region’s network of public amenities by connecting directly to the Cross City Trail and a proposed future lake. Green spaces and pedestrian corridors weave together residential, workplace, retail, and hospitality experiences, fostering an active streetscape that encourages daily interaction and outdoor engagement. A signature 1,000 SF “jewel box” restaurant anchors the central green, creating a vibrant social destination that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor life.

Contemporary Southern Expression

The project’s “New South Modern” aesthetic draws from both traditional and contemporary architectural influences, combining brick, metal panel, and oyster tabby stucco to create a cohesive yet richly textured identity. A carefully curated mix of uses includes a prominent coffee shop at the community gateway, 24,000 SF of retail, 58,000 SF of office space, and 92 residential units complemented by fitness and wellness amenities. Together, these elements establish a dynamic, mixed-use district that celebrates Wilmington’s character while supporting future growth through thoughtful, human-centered design.
