Annie Melone joined the Charleston office in 2024 as a Construction Contracts Administrator, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction and administration. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (Class of 2005), Annie’s career has spanned multiple states, building types, and industries.

A self-motivated problem solver with a talent for creating order from chaos, Annie is known for building strong teams and implementing processes that lead to smooth and efficient operations. Her background in project management includes not only construction, but also design management, departmental setup, organizational operations, and change management.

Annie is a licensed General Contractor for Light Commercial and Residential Construction in the state of Georgia and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
