Based in LS3P’s Atlanta office, Anne Michael Sustman serves as senior architect and Commercial Market Leader. Anne Michael brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex commercial mixed‑use, adaptive reuse, civic, and academic projects. She is recognized for guiding multidisciplinary teams through a collaborative, strategy‑driven approach that aligns thoughtful design with real estate and community goals. Her portfolio includes impactful projects such as Underground Atlanta, Lee + White, West End Food Hall, numerous adaptive reuse and historic renovation efforts, and mixed‑use developments throughout the Southeast.

 

Beyond practice, Anne Michael is deeply engaged in the real estate and development community, with active leadership roles in ULI, CREW, and the broader Atlanta design community. She is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry events, a strong advocate for mentorship and equity in architecture, and was recently recognized as a ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative Changemaker.
