All three towers share a unified two-story precast and stone base with large windows at street level. The 600 tower’s façade slopes dramatically towards the street, creating a striking entrance to the Plaza. Above eight levels of parking, the ninth floor steps back to provide a terrace with views of the Plaza, Brooklyn Village Avenue, and Bank of America Stadium. This floor houses the Amenity Center, offering co-working, meeting, and fitness spaces, including a pickleball court. The interior lobby of 600 South Tryon uses similar materials as its neighboring towers, creating a gallery-like setting with curated art exhibitions that connect the Legacy Union development to nearby cultural institutions.
