PACE a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly provides comprehensive, coordinated medical and social services for frail seniors needing nursing home level of care, allowing them to stay in the community thru services like adult day care, primary care and physical therapies. The PACE model of care began in 1970’s and is now a national managed care program supported by state Medicare and Medicaid funding. LS3P has completed the design for 12 PACE Centers in North Carolina. PACE of the Triad in the newest and largest center at 32,000 SF.
