Noah joined LS3P in 2024 in our Raleigh office and has quickly distinguished himself through his market insight, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to design excellence. He brings a clear understanding of the complexities and opportunities within multifamily and senior living work, along with a steady focus on stewardship—of our clients, our teams, and our firm’s long‑term vision. His ability to connect people and ideas across disciplines will be critical as we continue to evolve our Living market nationally.
