Our Raleigh Office had a strong group of women represent LS3P at the AIA Triangle Women in Architecture Annual Breakfast on February 20. LS3P sponsored a table and got a chance to hear Morgan Chawaga, founder of [The Healthy Architect]. Morgan’s keynote, “Negotiating Your Value So Everyone Wins”, reminded us of our role of negotiators for ourselves, clients, and firms.

Following the keynote, they participated in breakout sessions to workshop different negotiation strategies. We’re so grateful for this annual gathering of 200 women (and men) to remind us of intentional community and shared experiences.
