Four teams designed and crafted ensembles of interior finish materials to be worn down the runway, with only one word of inspiration – Monochromatic. Each design team worked with four product reps to source and create the outfits, and besides the two rules of utilizing products from all four reps and keeping to one color, the possibilities were endless. Three awards were given out by the judges – including celebrity guest judge Christian Siriano – and one award was given out by the audience. LS3P took home the judge’s Best Use of Materials award for our green gown of PET, upholstery, carpet, rubber wall base, rubber tile, and nylon lighting straps.
