We are excited to announce that Laura Miller has been selected as LS3P’s next Chief Practice Officer.

 

Over her 26-year career with LS3P, Laura has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our mission and values. Her experience spans project architect, project manager, Wilmington OFM, and most recently Office Leader, roles in which she has successfully led teams, delivered complex projects, and strengthened both client relationships and operational performance. Her leadership extends beyond LS3P through her service as President of AIA North Carolina and AIA Wilmington, along with many other professional and community contributions.

 

Laura’s comprehensive understanding of project delivery, from design excellence to the successful execution of large, complex work, positions her uniquely for this role.
