This summer, Katherine Ball graduated from the first cohort of AIA North Carolina’s Designing Forward leadership program, which brings together mid-career architects from firms of different sizes and career paths across the state.

The program explored some of the big questions shaping architectural practice, from organizational design and talent to firm growth and resilience. Congratulations to Katherine on this accomplishment! And if the accomplishment wasn’t memorable enough, the certificate presentation came complete with the Star Wars medal ceremony soundtrack. The Force is strong with this cohort!
