LS3P is pleased to announce that Helen Byce, AIA, NCARB, EDAC has been named Firmwide Healthcare Planner, a strategic role supporting the firm’s healthcare practice across all 12 office locations.

In this role, Byce will serve as a firmwide subject matter expert, partnering with project teams and clients to strengthen healthcare planning from early visioning and programming through project delivery. Her experience spans specialty clinics, outpatient facilities, and full-service hospitals, providing a broad understanding of the operational, clinical, and patient-centered needs across diverse healthcare environments. She will focus on improving communication, advancing project execution, and promoting consistency in how LS3P delivers healthcare projects across its regions.

Byce will also play a key role in supporting client engagement and business development initiatives, contributing to proposal strategies, and fostering relationships with healthcare industry partners.

As part of her leadership responsibilities, she will help establish and reinforce healthcare planning standards across the firm, including regulatory and code expertise, QA/QC processes, and best practices aligned with industry guidelines. Additionally, she will contribute to internal education and mentorship efforts, supporting the continued growth of LS3P’s healthcare expertise.
