Over 100 people turned out for the groundbreaking of the Eden Village Community Center on October 9th. Eden Village, a Design in Kind project out of the Wilmington office, will be a transformative community of 30 tiny homes to house the chronically homeless. Eden Village has become a national movement, with 6 other communities currently under construction. The LS3P design team includes Chris Wellman, Matt Barnett, and Charles Boney, Jr.

Wilmington team members also helped stock on of the Eden Village homes with goods for the family!
