Office Assistant Tevin brings a positive energy to any design team. He founded the non-profit Kids Making It program as a teenager in foster care. Seeking to beat the odds of inner-city youth, during his high school years, he joined the organization’s after-school woodworking program. With a skills trade and three years work experience, after graduating from North Carolina A&T University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication Systems & Drafting, he was connected with LS3P’s downtown Wilmington office by Kids Making It Founder 
Jimmy Pierce.

Tevin is on his eights year as an Architectural Drafter for the firm and his attitude exudes gratitude. He took the opportunity to make a positive change and his position with LS3P has lead him to new opportunities, including assisting with the design and drafting of the expansion of Kids Making It.
