Anne Bean, CDT, serves as Assistant Construction Contracts Administrator in LS3P’s Raleigh office, bringing nearly three decades of dedication and expertise to the firm. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Anne began her career in higher education, working in both the School of Medicine and the School of Public Health before joining LS3P 27 years ago.

In her current role, Anne supports a wide range of project types and sizes across North Carolina and collaborates with teams in other LS3P offices. She plays a key role in managing construction documentation, including processing submittals and RFIs through Newforma and distributing field reports. Anne is known for her responsiveness and consistency in project communication, contributing to smooth workflows and timely coordination across teams.
