Zachary Schultz works to convert ideas from the design and engineering teams into working design/construction documents. Zack has earned a reputation for being reliable and enthusiastic, and his can-do attitude works well in a collaborative team environment. He is responsible for a review of design criteria, knowledge of relevant building and accessibility codes, and the building permit processes. Zack also generates photo realistic 3D models using Revit software that adds greater depth and understanding of design concepts. He has a proven track record of meeting project deadlines while multi-tasking in this studio’s fast-paced environment.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture, Zack is also actively engaged in professional and community service. He is currently serving as Director of the Young Architects Forum for AIA Charlotte, and recently completed a term on AIA Charlotte’s Workforce Advisory Group.
