Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager Wade Tucker has three decades of experience in the design and delivery of cost-effective buildings that are suited for their purpose and add economic, social, and environmental value for the client. From the outset he is attuned to his client’s objectives and then organizes the workflow to produce quality contract documents. Wade’s responsibility is to review drawings for all environmental, safety, structural, energy performance standards to achieve jurisdictional approvals. Wade is hands on during the construction phase and regularly observes work progress in the field. He participates in contractor meetings to check compliance with contract documents and note work accomplished before reviewing the next sequence of events. His role is to address issues in a timely manner to maintain the project schedule.

Wade has been a licensed private pilot for over 20 years and has a practical understanding of the rigorous design and safety standards for aviation support facilities. He still appreciates the immense privilege of being a pilot and the chance to experience awe-inspiring moments.
