Kirsten Schoettelkotte, AIA



Kirsten Schoettelkotte has been practicing residential architecture in Greenville for nearly 10 years, and currently leads a diverse portfolio of design projects in LS3P’s nationally recognized custom home design studio. Kirsten earned both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the highly ranked College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati.

As the newest appointee to The Greenville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, Kirsten is intent on using her residential design insight to aid efforts to provide affordable and workforce housing opportunities for the city’s residents. She has served on the Mobility subcommittee of the Green Ribbon Advisory Committee since its inception in 2011, which promotes sustainable and accessible modes of transportation in the City of Greenville. As 2018 & 2019 Chairperson for the for the AIA’s Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) Knowledge Community Greenville Chapter, Kirsten’s mission is to foster a collaborative environment for residential architects in order to raise the caliber of residential design in the region. As is apparent through her professional and community involvement, Kirsten is committed to a long-term goal to have a positive and tangible impact on the community.
