John Kincheloe is a Principal and Leader of the Charlotte Envision Studio, a commercial-based studio with special expertise in vibrant commercial retail development and design solutions for office and mixed-use markets. His strength is his ability to reduce a complex set of interdependent tasks into a manageable process for efficient workflow and smooth team delivery. John’s experience includes new construction, renovations and tenant upfits, urban infill structures, mixed-use developments, and master planned communities. Specific project types include professional and medical office buildings, interior mall renovations, neighborhood retail centers, banking facilities, mixed-use urban projects, hotels, and tenant upfits.

John is a proponent of superior client service and oversees his client’s vision from the initial concept design through construction completion. As a long-standing member of the firm’s Green Team, John serves as a firm-wide advocate for the creative and sustainable design opportunities in each project which contribute to a high-performance building.
